Expedited shipping pricey but worth it

It did break but did its job!!

This backplate completely broke in a Pop Warner 14u tournament. The hits were very hard and my son didnt even know he was hit. I was disappointed at first but then I realized if he didnt have it one hed probably be injured.

Youth Backplate

My son has medium size youth pads and the youth backplate is too small. It doesn't fit on his pads. So, I'm going to have to get an adult size backplate to fit hos pads.

Thank you for the feedback. Just upgrading to adult doesn't necessarily mean they will reach the holes on your pads. The straps are standard length. Some people will use zip ties to extend them high enough to connect to circumstances such as yours.

Looks great. My son has the whole set. Had to drill holes to mount it to the pads correctly, but wasnt too difficult.
