At Battle, we stand behind our products for both retail accounts and consumers. If your Battle gear has a material or workmanship flaw, we want to help get it handled the right way.

Warranty Claim Requirements

Battle product guarantees and warranties require a dated receipt to process the claim. The receipt must include a valid purchase date, product name or style number, and purchase price.

  • Material flaws: issues related to product materials.
  • Workmanship flaws: issues related to how the product was constructed.
  • Proof of purchase required: claims cannot be processed without a valid dated receipt.
