How Do I Return an Item?

  1. Visit our Returns Center.
  2. Enter your 8-digit order number and the email address used at checkout. (Order number appears as PO# on your packing slip.)
  3. Follow the prompts to select the items you want to return.
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.

Can I Exchange an Item?

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

  • Complete the return process.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a refund.
  • Place a new order on our site for the replacement item.

What Items Are Returnable?

  • Items returned within 90 days of purchase.
  • Items in unused condition.
  • In original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Apparel and glove bags are not required for return.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@battlesports.com.

Shipping Returns

Shipping instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

  • Free returns for all domestic orders.
  • Customers outside the continental U.S. must pay for return shipping.

When Will I Get My Refund?

You can expect your refund within 2–3 weeks after shipping your return. This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the return to reach us
  • 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return
  • 2–5 business days for your bank to complete the refund
