How Do I Return an Item?
- Visit our Returns Center.
- Enter your 8-digit order number and the email address used at checkout. (Order number appears as PO# on your packing slip.)
- Follow the prompts to select the items you want to return.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
Can I Exchange an Item?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:
- Complete the return process.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a refund.
- Place a new order on our site for the replacement item.
What Items Are Returnable?
- Items returned within 90 days of purchase.
- Items in unused condition.
- In original packaging with all tags attached.
- Apparel and glove bags are not required for return.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@battlesports.com.
Shipping Returns
Shipping instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
- Free returns for all domestic orders.
- Customers outside the continental U.S. must pay for return shipping.
When Will I Get My Refund?
You can expect your refund within 2–3 weeks after shipping your return. This includes:
- 5–10 business days for the return to reach us
- 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return
- 2–5 business days for your bank to complete the refund
