  • Priority: $8.99 to contiguous U.S. (3-5 business days)
  • Expedited: $18.99 to contiguous U.S. (2-3 business days)
  • Express: $28.99 to contiguous U.S. (1-2 business days)
  • Alaska and Hawaii are subject to higher shipping rates
  • International Shipping Rates are calculated based on your location and weight of the products

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue.

You can also file a shipping issue here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.
