How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?

  1. Visit our Returns Center.
  2. Enter your 8-digit order number and the shipping zip code.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
  4. At the end of the process, you’ll receive a free return label to print and all instructions will be provided on-screen.
  5. You’ll also receive an email confirmation once your request is submitted.

Can I Exchange an Item?

Yes — exchanges are available within 90 days of purchase, with a few important limits:

  • Exchanges are allowed for a different size and/or color of the same product.
  • At this time, we cannot exchange for a totally different product.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are valid within 90 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in unused condition.
  • Items should be in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Apparel and glove bags are not required for return.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@battlesports.com so we can make it right quickly.

Return Shipping

  • Free returns for all domestic U.S. orders.
  • Customers outside the continental U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Your return label and instructions will be provided at the end of the return/exchange process.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Most refunds are completed within 2–3 weeks after your return is shipped. This includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the return to arrive
  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
  • 2–5 business days for your bank to post the refund
