How Do I Start a Return or Exchange?
- Visit our Returns Center.
- Enter your 8-digit order number and the shipping zip code.
- Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and follow the prompts.
- At the end of the process, you’ll receive a free return label to print and all instructions will be provided on-screen.
- You’ll also receive an email confirmation once your request is submitted.
Can I Exchange an Item?
Yes — exchanges are available within 90 days of purchase, with a few important limits:
- Exchanges are allowed for a different size and/or color of the same product.
- At this time, we cannot exchange for a totally different product.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are valid within 90 days of purchase.
- Items must be in unused condition.
- Items should be in original packaging with tags attached.
- Apparel and glove bags are not required for return.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customercare@battlesports.com so we can make it right quickly.
Return Shipping
- Free returns for all domestic U.S. orders.
- Customers outside the continental U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Your return label and instructions will be provided at the end of the return/exchange process.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Most refunds are completed within 2–3 weeks after your return is shipped. This includes:
- 5–10 business days for the return to arrive
- 3–5 business days for inspection and processing
- 2–5 business days for your bank to post the refund
