Return and Exchange Policy

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start. Order number will be 6 digits. *Note, the order number on the packing slip will be found as PO#. 
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. Email will be sent in 1-2 days.

Can the items be exchanged?

Battle Sports does not offer traditional exchanges. For exchanges, customer will need to go through the return process. Once the return is approved, the customer will receive a refund and will need to place a new order on our site for the exchange.

What items are returnable? 

  • All items within 90 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused condition
  • Returns need to be in the original packaging with all the tags intact. 
  • Bags from apparel and gloves are not necessary to return.

The item I received is damaged or incorrect!

If the purchased product is faulty or not what you ordered, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. We do offer free returns on all domestic orders. If the order is outside of the continental U.S., the customer will pay freight for the return of the product. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).
