• Coverage Period: One (1) year from original retail purchase date.
• Original Purchaser Only: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
• Proof of Purchase Required: Original receipt and warranty documentation required.
• Proper Fit Required: Mouthguard must be fitted and used according to all instructions.
• Dental Warranty: Certain Battle mouthguards include limited dental coverage protection.

Battle Mouthguard Fitting Instructions

Proper fitting is critical for player safety and warranty eligibility. Follow all instructions carefully.

1. Bring 3–4 inches of water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
2. Boiling Times:
   • Adult without braces: no more than 55 seconds
   • Adult with braces: no more than 30 seconds
   • Youth without braces: no more than 55 seconds
   • Youth with braces: no more than 30 seconds
3. With Strap: Hold by the strap and lower into boiling water.
   Without Strap: Drop mouthguard into boiling water with logo upright.
4. Remove mouthguard and briefly cool under room temperature water for 1 second.
5. Align mouthguard with upper teeth and firmly press into molars and front teeth.
6. Bite down firmly, suck in strongly, and press edges around teeth for 20 seconds.
7. Place mouthguard into ice water for 1 minute to finalize the fit.

Warning: Do not chew the mouthguard. Replace immediately if signs of wear, cracking, splitting, or layer separation occur.

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

To qualify for warranty consideration, all required documentation must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the injury or incident.

• Written statement confirming proper fit and use.
• Written notice of injury within 30 days.
• Dental records and radiographs (x-rays).
• Insurance claim documentation and benefit explanations.
• Statement from supervising coach, school official, or game official.
• Original mouthguard and proof of purchase.
• Original store receipt and warranty documentation.
